Delivery:
Delivery will take place at the Shipping Address specified by you in the Order. Please ensure you provide correct and complete shipping details to avoid delays or lost orders. solosparky.com cannot be liable for missing or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are delivered by Australia Post and a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at your nominated shipping address to receive your order, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.
Orders will be delivered according to Australia post scheduling which is most often on week days and during business hours. We recommend you nominate either a business address or PO Box for your shipping address to avoid delays.
On delivery, you may be required to provide proof of identity, such as photo ID and/or proof of address.
In some circumstances orders may take longer than indicated. Please note we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is not charged for orders in Australia. If you wish to purchase a Solo Sparky cable roller from outside of Australia please contact us directly via email.
Important Shipping Information:
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.).
Return Shipping: If returning the product, all shipping cost back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
